| Most grow best when mounted on cork or bark. Hang these mounted plants in a sunny window. They grow particularly well in humid areas of the house such as bright bathrooms or by the kitchen sink. |

| Fertilize Tillandsias with a dilute solution of any houseplant water soluble fertilizer about once a month during the late spring through early fall. During the winter, reduce fertilizer applications to about once every 6 to 8 weeks. |
