Tape is passed through the lower and upper “jaws” and is drawn out across the opening. Tape is then pushed against stem or branch. By pressing the handle, the tape is stapled and at the same time cut by the cutter. The device is then ready to continue tying. This model has a larger tape holder than the HTB above with a wider tape travel permitting the use of large bulk rolls.
