A New Owner’s Guide To Bull Terriers Together with her daughter Elaine Bernard, author Betty Desmond has bred and shown Bull Terriers under the Ann Dees prefix for almost 30 years, producing over 140 champions. Breeding for good temperament and soundness, Betty has been a member of the Bull Terrier Club of America since 1974, serving as Corresponding Secretary from 1985 until 1994. President of ther Golden Triangle Bull Terrier Club since 1984, she is also the editor of the club’s newsletter, The Bull Sheet, and serves as a member of the club’s Bull Terrier Rescue System. Today, along with the support of her daughter, Betty continues to breed quality Bull Terriers that not only excel in the show ring but are wonderful and loving house pets as well.
