One of the most striking of the single-flowered hybrid teas, ‘Mrs. Oakley Fischer’ produces clusters of apricot-yellow blooms with amber stamens. Despite its delicate appearance, it is a vigorous grower, and works effectively when planted en masse. The fragrance is strong and sweet.
